Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa is a flowing series of postures that move at a moderate tempo. It is a dynamic and invigorating yoga that involves synchronizing the breath with an organically progressive series of postures, known as asanas, allowing the body to produce internal heat and, in turn, a detoxifying sweat. This class may be heated depending on the instructor.

Let's Dance! Zumba is a cardio dance class incorporating Latin and international music that produces an energizing workout combining all elements of fitness, including cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of fantastic each time you leave class.

Barre

Barre is a super fun, low-impact, muscular endurance workout focusing on high repetitions and small, isometric movements. Instructors bring the heat with their fun, upbeat playlists and are sure to have your muscles shaking and burning so you walk out of class feeling sleek, toned, and accomplished.

Cardio Sculpt

Cardio sculpt is a total body fat blasting and strength workout. Using intervals of cardio and full body compound strength training this class will get your heart pumping and improve your functional strength.

Vinayasa Flow

Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga that is practiced linking conscious breath with fluid movement. A number of Yoga postures (Asanas) are linked together in a sequence which flows together a little bit like dance. The breath is controlled + directs the timing + co-ordination of the movement in flow.

Buti Yoga

Yoga, plyo, dance and upbeat music come together for this AWESOME fun class that takes the positive collective energy up several beats. You’ll come out energized, challenged, sweaty, connected, and clearheaded!

Morning Yoga

Gentle Yoga early morning, kicking off your day relaxed and ready. Enjoy a slow flowing series of postures that move at a a more gradual pace and consist of holding poses. Warm-ups are followed by a sequence of postures connecting breath to movement that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body.

Body Sculpt

Body Sculpt is a fun, challenging, dynamic whole-body muscle conditioning class. Dumbbells, bands, body weight, and cardio exercises are incorporated to sculpt and raise the heart rate! A great full-body workout!

Cardio Dance

Cardio Dance is a fun upbeat workout for the body and the brain. Learn dance choreography, practice dance steps across the floor, and build strength, stamina, and coordination while having fun, dancing, and burning calories. This a class not to miss.

Pound

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and  welcoming philosophy appeals to rockstars of all ages and abilities.

Stretching & Strengthening

This is your yoga without the yoga. Work on dynamic and static stretching in order to increase flexibilty, mobililty, and strenth.

Muay Thai Fit

This is a cardio heavy class that focuses on muay thai striking and kicking techniques. Learn the sport, burn the calories! Great for people who don’t want the MMA sparring but love the cardio and sense of empowerment that comes with martial art trainin!

Yoga Balanced

This class is a flowing series of postures that move at a steady pace. Classes begin with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for the heart of each class. Warm-ups are followed by a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body.

Athletes’ Yoga

This class is for all grapplers and athletes looking to improve flexibility, balance, strength, body awareness, and breath control and prepare the mind for ultimate focus. Classes are structured to be gentle in the beginning seeking to stretch and lengthen muscles while improving overall flexibility. They will build to more intense movements curated to bring heat into your body while focusing your attention on the work of the pose. This weekly class is designed to accompany your weekly Jiu Jitsu training. Improving your flexibility, balance, and breathing will lessen your risk of injury and improve your Jiu Jitsu!

Yogalates

Yogalates is a beautiful combination of the gentle stretch of yoga with its asanas and mindfulness and the core-building strength and posture awareness of Pilates. Yogalates is quite simply the perfect East meets West fitness class which has the benefits of both Yoga and Pilates. You will leave feeling energised, calm and stretched in all the right places!

Spanish Yoga

All of the things you love about a lovely yoga vinyasa flow but in Espanol. Many poses are named in Sanskrit while being cued entirely in Spanish. It is absolutely assessible to everyone and allows you to get out of your head and into your flow. A class everyone should experience!

Yoga Sculpt

This class combines traditional yoga poses with hand weights to increase the heartrate, burn more calories, sculpt leaner muscles and increase flexibility, mobility, and mental clarity. Class may of may not be heated.

Yoga Barre

Barre yoga is a unique and dynamic class that combines elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates into an all over full body  workout. The fusion of disciplines results in a fun class, that creates that muscle burn, we know and love, and then we stretch it out.

The result allows you work to create long, lean muscles while improving overall strength, flexibility, and core stability. All while using mindful breathing techniques to let go of stress, enhance mindfulness with purpose and intention.
