Power Vinyasa

Turn up the heat and tap into your power. This energizing flow links breath to movement in a dynamic sequence designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Expect a moderate-paced class that challenges both body and mind, helping you generate internal heat and release what no longer serves you—hello, detoxifying sweat! Each class is thoughtfully crafted by the instructor, with the  a heated room to intensify the experience. Come ready to move, breathe, and level up your practice.

Zumba

Let's Dance! Zumba is a cardio dance class incorporating Latin and international music that produces an energizing workout combining all elements of fitness, including cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of fantastic each time you leave class.

Barre

Barre is a super fun, low-impact, muscular endurance workout focusing on high repetitions and small, isometric movements. Instructors bring the heat with their fun, upbeat playlists and are sure to have your muscles shaking and burning so you walk out of class feeling sleek, toned, and accomplished.

Cardio Sculpt

Cardio sculpt is a total body fat blasting and strength workout. Using intervals of cardio and full body compound strength training this class will get your heart pumping and improve your functional strength.

Mobility Flow

Mobility Flow is a yoga class designed to build strength, improve joint mobility, and restore natural movement patterns. Through mindful sequences, breathwork, and functional postures, this practice helps release tension, increase mobility, flexibility, and support injury prevention. By combining stability and strength with mobility-focused movement, Mobility Flow creates a foundation for long-term wellness and resilience. Pound Unplugged

POUND Unplugged is a 30-minute workout that combines high-intensity movement with restorative breathing and meditation to promote mental, physical, and emotional health:Structure: The class is divided into two segments: ROCK: 20 minutes of high-intensity movement to raise your heart rate and peak your performance RESET: 10 minutes of restorative breathing, stretching, and meditation to reset into a more relaxed statePOUND is a workout that fuses drumming and movement to connect the mind, body, and sound. It combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, increase flexibility, and build long, lean muscle. Using controlled movements and intentional breathwork, this class focuses on alignment, stability, and mindful movement to leave you feeling stronger and more connected to your body.

Classes may be heated depending on the schedule, adding an extra element of warmth to help muscles release and enhance mobility. Suitable for all levels, with modifications and challenges offered throughout class.

Deep Stretch & Restore

This calming practice targets connective tissue, helping you unwind, reset, and create space from the inside out. Using props for myofascial release and guided breathwork we will do slow, deep stretches that target hips, hamstrings, back, and shoulders.Great for reducing soreness, improving circulation, and restoring balance.

Body Sculpt

Body Sculpt is a fun, challenging, dynamic whole-body muscle conditioning class. Dumbbells, bands, body weight, and cardio exercises are incorporated to sculpt and raise the heart rate! A great full-body workout!

Cardio Dance

Cardio Dance is a fun upbeat workout for the body and the brain. Learn dance choreography, practice dance steps across the floor, and build strength, stamina, and coordination while having fun, dancing, and burning calories. This a class not to miss.

Pound

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and  welcoming philosophy appeals to rockstars of all ages and abilities.

Stretching & Strengthening

This is your yoga without the yoga. Work on dynamic and static stretching in order to increase flexibilty, mobililty, and strenth.

Step Aerobics

Step aerobics, also known as step training, is a low-impact exercise that involves stepping on and off of a raised platform to the beat of music. It's a high-intensity cardio workout that can also help with strength training and improve overall health.

Muay Thai Fit

This is a cardio heavy class that focuses on muay thai striking and kicking techniques. Learn the sport, burn the calories! Great for people who don’t want the MMA sparring but love the cardio and sense of empowerment that comes with martial art trainin!

Sculpt Flow

Flow meets fire in this high-energy fusion of yoga and strength training. Combining traditional yoga poses with hand weights, Sculpt boosts your heart rate, burns calories, and sculpts lean, powerful muscles—all while improving flexibility, mobility, and focus. Athletes’ Yoga

Yogalates

Boot Camp

This one hour Boot Camp class is designed to push you to your limits in short durations. Using a multi station format, it includes a blend of full body exercises. Strength, cardio and core. Get your heart rate pumping and calories burning in this fast paced group fitness class!

Restorative Vinyasa

Restorative Vinyasa focuses on safe alignment, intelligent sequencing, and hands-on assists to provide a therapeutic and accessible flow yoga class. The student is encouraged to listen to their own inner teacher and breath to gently guide them through the practice
