  • Mural - Our brand-new mural is the perfect addition to our space! With a green background and motivational images and phrases, it makes classes just that much more enjoyable! The green background is both calming and energizing, and the motivational images and phrases help to keep students focused and inspired. The mural is also a great conversation starter, and it has helped to create a more positive and productive learning environment.

Thank you to Mayo Designs for helping us create a space our members love coming back to! The messaging and designs are extremely unique and effortlessly inspiring.

  • Yoga mats are made of high-quality materials that provide a comfortable and supportive surface for yoga practice. The materials used in yoga mats are designed to provide cushioning and support for your body, while also being durable enough to withstand the rigors of yoga practice.

  • Yoga blocks - We offer both foam and cork blocks. Our KAIZEN green foam blocks are perfect for supporting your body in different yoga poses. They can also be used to deepen your stretches. For example, you can use a yoga block to support your lower back in a forward fold, or to help you reach your toes in a standing forward fold. You can also use a yoga block to support your head and neck in a shoulder stand, or to help you deepen your side stretch. Yoga blocks are a great way to modify yoga poses making them more accessible and comfortable. They can also help you improve your alignment and deepen your stretches.

  • Yoga straps are made of strong, durable fabric that can help you deepen your stretches and reach your full potential in yoga poses. They are also great for assisting with balance poses. Here are some of the benefits of using yoga straps:

  • They can help you deepen your stretches by providing extra support. This is especially helpful for people who are new to yoga or who have tight muscles.

  • They can help you reach your full potential in yoga poses by allowing you to extend your body further than you would be able to without the strap. This can help you improve your flexibility and range of motion.

  • They can help you improve your balance by providing a point of contact with the ground. This can be helpful for people who have difficulty balancing in certain poses.

  • They can help you prevent injuries by providing support and stability. This is especially helpful for people who are new to yoga or who have injuries.

  • They can help you make yoga more accessible by making it easier to do certain poses. This can be helpful for people who have limited mobility or who are pregnant.

  • Cork Flooring - Our new floating cork flooring is made of natural materials and is incredibly comfortable and supportive. It is also very durable, antimicrobial, and easy to keep clean. It is flexible, waterproof, retains heat, and absorbs sound! Our new cork flooring is the perfect surface for any yoga practice and is beautiful finishing off the space with a lovely inspiring energy.

  • Mirrors are an essential piece of equipment for any yoga practice. They allow you to see your form and make sure you are doing the poses correctly. This is especially important for beginners, as it can be difficult to know if you are in the correct position without a mirror. Mirrors can also help you track your progress over time. As you become more flexible and stronger, you will be able to see the improvement in your form in the mirror. This can be a great motivator to keep practicing yoga.

  • Barre equipment is made of high-quality materials and is designed to provide a challenging and effective workout. It is perfect for people of all fitness levels, as it can be adjusted to accommodate different levels of strength and flexibility. Barre workouts can target a variety of muscle groups, including the arms, legs, core, and glutes. Additionally, barre workouts can help to improve balance, coordination, and posture–yes please!
