Kerry has studied with yoga masters like Sean Corne, Stephanie Pappas, Rolf Gates, Jason Crandell, Ana Forrest, Shiva Rea, and Rodney Yee, continually updating her knowledge through workshops and yoga intensives.

This workshop focuses on the importance of hands-on guidance in yoga instruction to enhance students' practice and prevent injury. It aims to boost instructors' confidence in providing gentle adjustments and nurturing touch for the sole purpose of instruction.

Many students struggle with understanding specific cues and body positioning, hindering their progress and safety in yoga. This workshop equips instructors with the ability to read various body types and flexibility levels, allowing them to assist students effectively with gentle adjustment techniques. Nurturing touch and gentle massage are employed to help students relax, build trust, and improve muscle memory for future practices.

By adding these skills to their teaching repertoire, instructors can enhance their faith in their teaching abilities and shine as effective guides for their students, promoting a safe and beneficial yoga experience.
